Our Story

Crafted for the
Discerning Palate

Branch & Bean was born from a simple conviction: coffee deserves the same rigor and reverence as any craft. We source green beans from farms that treat their land and people with respect, then roast every batch right here in Fort Worth — where we can taste, adjust, and perfect each profile.

Our roastery on Whitmore Street is where green becomes gold. You'll find single-origin offerings, house blends built for espresso, and fresh-baked pastries that complement every cup. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just coffee done with intention.

Direct Trade

Relationships with growers, not commodity markets.

Roasted Daily

Our Selection

Roasts That Speak
For Themselves

Every blend is developed in-house, roasted in small batches, and packaged the same day. Here's what we're proud to put in your cup.

Dark espresso blend in a ceramic cup
House Favorite Dark Roast

Whitmore Espresso

A bold, full-bodied blend built for espresso. Notes of dark chocolate, toasted walnut, and a velvety finish that holds its structure through milk.

Highland Ethiopian

Bright and complex — jasmine, bergamot, and stone fruit carry through a clean, tea-like body. Roasted to highlight origin character.

Medium roast Colombian coffee
Single-Origin Medium Roast

Fort Worth Medium

Our signature mid-roast from Colombian highlands. Caramel sweetness, red apple acidity, and a smooth, lingering finish — the cup you come back to.

Butter croissants, cinnamon rolls, and seasonal tarts baked fresh each morning. The kind of pairing that turns your coffee into a ritual.

The Process

From Cherry to
Your Cup

We don't outsource quality. Every step — selection, roasting, packaging — happens under one roof in Fort Worth.

01

Source

We travel to origin and build relationships with farmers who share our standard. Only lots that pass our cupping protocol move forward.

02

Roast

Small-batch roasting gives us control over every degree. We develop profiles that bring out each origin's best character — never burned, always balanced.

03

Package

We bag on the day of roast, using one-way valve packaging that locks in freshness. No warehouse aging. No stale inventory.

04

Serve

By the cup at the roastery, or sealed in a bag for home. Either way, you're drinking coffee at its peak — because we roasted it yesterday.
